Arsenal have been handed a huge blow in their pursuit of talented Portuguese star Joao Felix from Atletico Madrid with Chelsea closing in on a move for him.
Popular journalist David Ornstein has claimed that Chelsea have reached an agreement with the Spanish club to sign the talented forward on loan for the rest of the season.

The forward positions for Chelsea have been decimated by injuries, and the club appears eager to bolster its alternatives in those positions. They have moved quite quickly to get to Felix.
Both Arsenal and Manchester United were rumoured to be interested in acquiring the excellent talent, but it looks like his move to SW6 is now certain. That means that the Gunners will miss out on a talented player.
It is going to be quite interesting to see Joao Felix play for Chelsea and see how well he does. He possesses the skills necessary to compete at the highest level on the international stage. Nothing of the sort has truly come to fruition in Madrid, to our knowledge. At the Bridge, we will see if he is able to establish his footing.
