Its been three years since Corentin Tolisso’s big money move to Bayern Munich, but the Frenchman has only 68 appearances to his name. Injuries complemented by managerial preferences has been a critical factor of his game time.
Bayern manager Hans-Dieter Flick doesn’t seem a big Tolisso fan as well, as former Lyon midfielder has only played seven times in the league since Flick took over the reigns at Allianz Areana.
The lack of game time has led Tolisso be linked with number of clubs like Arsenal and Manchester United. Reports according to Foot Mercato, claim likes of Juventus, Atlético Madrid and Napoli are intrested in 25-year-old services.
The £37 million investment made by Munich based club is certainly not living upto the high expectations he came in, and its claimed that Bayern are ready to move on and have decided to let him go in the summer.
With Arsenal & Manchester United seemingly looking for a quality midfielder in the market, Tolisso seems a decent option. Though, he is under contract with Bayern till 2022 – its said Tolisso ‘isn’t against an exit’ from Bayern Munich.
Corentin will not certainly come for that big money he went for when he moved to Bayern, but he certainly has a potential to live up to that in the right atmosphere.
