Arsenal right-back Ben White could mark an early return from his knee injury later this month as per Jordan Davies reporting for the Sun.
The English international started the season on a bright note and was a regular in the Gunners’s defensive setup. He made 12 appearances, out of which 10 were direct starts. However, he was then sidelined with an unfortunate knee issue that has been troubling him for quite some time.
Surgery was the lone option in this case, and White has since been absent for the past two months. Arteta was asked about the former Brighton star’s return, and the manager revealed that he remains a ‘few weeks away’ from rejoining the squad.

Davies has given a similar timeline, but in this case, Arteta hasn’t specified the exact date, meaning that the player can still be out for two or three or even five to six weeks. A planned return later this month could prove to be vital for Arsenal.
BEN WHITE RETURN IS A HUGE BOOSTS FOR ARSENAL
The North London outfit has to face a tough schedule this month with at least two games being played every week. An FA Cup third-round clash against Manchester United awaits this weekend, followed by Premier League clashes against Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa.
The English giants will then go head to head with Dinamo Zagreb and Girona in their next two UEFA Champions League matches. They will then welcome Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium on February 2nd before playing their second leg of the League Cup semi-final clash the following Wednesday.

White’s comeback could make a difference if he arrives early. Jurrien Timber has stepped up in his absence, but the Dutch star is also injury-prone. Takehiro Tomiyasu is also unavailable, and his return date remains a mystery.
Although Timber is giving his best for the team, the pressure on him will decrease if his right-back partner joins him on the field.
