Amidst the gallore of Aubameyang’s vibe and his return to Germany, Bukayo Saka found a way to glare. Small as he may be, Saka is an invaluable gem that the Gunners have found and would surely want to preserve.

The 18-year-old made his professional debut for Arsenal in the game against Frankfurt and to say the least, it was one of the best debuts any guy could ever have. In the 3 goals that Arsenal had scored, Saka was involved in all. One with his shoes, other two creating for other’s shoe.

The young English winger coming from Hale End has already ceased a lot of laurels and with the confidence and talent that he has, he certainly possesses the capability of becoming Arsenal great.’

Bukayo Saka created history when he scored the curly and elegant strike of his left foot into the corner. The winger is now the youngest ever player to score a goal for Arsenal in Europa League, breaking the decade long record of Aaron Ramsey.

Saka had already amazed the fans within five minutes of the game when he produced a perch pass to Lucas Torreira inside the box waiting to hit the ball over the crossbar. It was only the beginning of a night that saw the wriggles of Saka, his accurate passes, timely runs and pin-point shot.

Arsenal teenager has already been compared to Arsenal’s posh signing Nicolas Pepe. Moreover, Saka has been hailed the better of two.

“They toil away, trying to get young players in and they’ve found one in Saka,” Keown stated.

“You think of the way Pepe is playing at the minute, they paid £72m ($90m) for him and this kid looked better than him tonight.”

“When Saka gets the ball, he shows composure, he’s passing it into the goal, it’s a beautiful finish. To think he’s 18 years of age.”

Nobody would have expected Bukayo Saka to start. Leave the expectation to start, nobody would have wondered him to produce a lively performance like one. In the context of Europa League, the youngster produced an unforgettable night with his boots.

With the Arsenal academy producing players like Willock and Saka, the future of London does look bright. This was only a pint of future happenings to come. Some of Saka has been visible to us, rest in matches to come.
