Arsenal have extended the contract of Estonian goalkeeper Karl Hein. The 22-year-old has been at the club for the past six years but has yet to make any appearances for the Gunners. The Estonia international previously spent time on loan with Reading, making only five appearances in the Championship. With David Raya likely to join Arsenal as the first-choice goalkeeper, Hein is expected to leave North London on a loan deal for regular game time.

Arthur Okonkwo and Amario Cozier-Duberry will leave the club this summer as free agents following the expiration of their contracts.

Arthur Okonkwo, 22, has been a backup goalkeeper for the Gunners and has failed to make a first-team appearance. He enjoyed loan spells at Crewe Alexandra, Sturm Graz, and Wrexham. Okonkwo will depart the club in search of regular game time.

Amario Cozier-Duberry, 19, will also leave the club. The winger has represented England at youth levels and is regarded as one of Hale End’s top prospects. Although Arsenal submitted a contract extension proposal, Cozier-Duberry rejected it, preferring to continue his development at another club. He reportedly has offers from multiple European clubs.

Benjamin Sesko was strongly linked with a move to Arsenal but ended up signing a new contract with RB Leipzig. While he is certain to spend next season at Leipzig, the Gunners continue to monitor him as a potential target for next summer.

Arsenal are also said to be monitoring Athletic Bilbao’s Nico Williams and Paris Saint-Germain’s Xavi Simons. Both wingers are 21 years old and have impressed a host of top clubs with their performances. Arsenal are keeping an eye on more players, but it remains uncertain whether they will act on their interest. Sesko, Williams, and Simons are all at the 2024 UEFA Euros representing their nations.
