Unai Emery will be looking to build up on victory against West Ham, as they face Cardiff City test today.
Cardiff City have not scored a goal this season, so technically it will be interesting to see how Arsenal’s defence lines up on the day. I am expecting them to play ahead on the pitch pressuring Cardiff and it’s defence.
For Cardiff City, Nathaniel Mendez-Laing will be sidelined for three months after being forced off on a stretcher last Saturday after damaging his posterior cruciate ligament.
Junior Hoilett’s availability is doubtful as it doesn’t looks like Warnock will risk him against Arsenal. Hoilett missed out last Saturday against Huddersfield too.
For Arsenal, Mesut Ozil is expected to return to starting eleven after missing out on fixture against West Ham with illness.
No new injuries for the visitors as Sead Kolasinac will be sidelined until October as he continues to recover from a knee injury, while Ainsley Maitland-Niles as well as Laurent Koscielny will be serving the injury table for long-term.
Probable Line-up:
Cardiff: Etheridge, Camarasa, Manga, Morrison, Bennett, Hoilett, Arter, Ralls, Bamba, Reid, Ward.
Arsenal: Cech, Bellerin, Sokratis, Mustafi, Monreal, Xhaka, Guendouzi, Ramsey, Aubameyang, Lacazette, Ozil.
