Lucas Perez has always been someone – who deserved more chances at Arsenal. But, he was forced to move back on loan to Derpotivo la Coruna in the summer.
Lucas has had a disappointing campaign with Deportivo. The Spainard only managed to net eight times, which saw Galician getting relegated from the Spanish Premier Division.
Lucas Perez will return to Arsenal in the summer, hoping to rejuvenate his form. Though, his Arsenal exit seems likely.
Perez’s agent Rodrigo Fernandez suggested that a move to Lazio might be on the line.
Speaking to a Lazio fan-site Rodrigo Fernandez said, “Lazio asked for him last year, but nothing came of it.
“Lucas has always liked Lazio and the city of Rome, plus his great friend, Luis Alberto, plays for them.
“He still has two years left on his contract with Arsenal, so we need to talk to them first.
“As for Lucas, he likes the idea of playing for Lazio, but it’s still too early to talk about it.”
Arsenal paid about £18m for Lucas Perez in 2016 and a big loss might be incurred if the Spainard leaves this summer.
