A breath of relief for Mesut Ozil as he gets a lifeline courtesy Arsenal board sacking Unai Emery and appointing Ljunberg. The German midfielder was vaguely under-utilised by the Spanish boss and his exit therefore is a sigh of happiness for Ozil and Arsenal fans.
Unai Emery was a mess for Ozil and his exit a potential revival of German’s days at Emirates. Along with Ozil there stand thousands of millions of Arsenal fans who impatiently wanted the sacking to happen which eventually did after a winless run of 7 games.

The Gunners could not beget what they wanted from Emery which led him to throw away his thrown in a manner he would have never wanted to. And since he is gone, Ozil may be back in business creating goals and dribbling defenders for fun.
The creative midfielder was not deployed on the grounds of “lack of training” and “ unethical hard work” two things which Emery emphasis on. There are reports too that the German had a not-so-friendly banter with the coach while he was sacked.
