Arsenal overcame Paris Saint-Germain with ease on Tuesday, but there was a surprise player cheering for them from the Emirates Box. West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus, who has been linked with the Gunners in the past, was spotted in the stands watching the high-octane clash.
It is natural to see transfer rumours spreading like wildfire after the recent drama enfolding between the Hammers and their star asset.

KUDUS FACING A DICEY SITUATION AT WEST HAM?
Mohammed Kudus was involved in a heated altercation in the dressing room with manager Julen Lopetegui after he was substituted at halftime in the 1-1 draw against Brentford last week.
The 24-year-old was unhappy for being singled out for criticism and being played out of position numerous times. Although the substitution might be a tactical decision, the attacker has struggled to find his footing this season.
Lopetegui has shifted him to the left side of the attack, totally affecting his goalscoring output. The former Ajax star joined West Ham last summer for a fee of around £38 million. He had a successful debut season in which he scored 14 goals and provided seven assists.

But Kudus is yet to find the back of the net in the Premier League this campaign. His presence in Arsenal’s UCL clash produced new rounds of speculation, with the fans urging director Edu Gaspar to sign the £85m-rated African honcho next summer.
idk tho a lot of teams want him, and kudus definitely would be willing for a move this Jan imo. Pretty sure he’s interested in Arsenal, we were supposed to go in for him last summer but couldnt. He was the the emirates yesterday too for the PSG match

Kudus is a raw, talented Premier League player who can inject much needed pace in the forward line. He can play on either side of the attack, CAM or as a no. 8. He is just 24 and will further grow in potential with the Stratford-based outfit.
If he moves to Arsenal, we can have an unbelievable backup to Bukayo Saka, who is playing literally every single game this campaign. The club can give him such much-deserved rest without compromising the quality of their attack.
Reis Nelson’s departure hinted that they need to fill the gap in the upcoming months. Manager Mikel Arteta has utilised Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling as a backup option, but it is only a matter of time before they eye a permanent solution.
IS THERE ANY TRUTH TO THE KUDUS-ARSENAL LINKS?
Insiders have downplayed the seriousness of the dispute between Kudus and Lopetegui. It is an internal matter that has been dealt with, and the player is expected to return to the Hammer’s starting XI for their next clash against Ipswitch Town on Saturday.
Some reports claim that the player was supporting his Ghanaian teammate Thomas Partey and hence came to watch the game vs PSG. Fans are still adamant that a deal can be struck somewhere in the future.
Arsenal have shown interest in Kudus in the previous transfer windows, with the star attacker admitting earlier this year that his camp contacted the Gunners before heading to West Ham.

Edu and co. might look into the details of a deal if the star attacker continues to fall out with his manager. His asking price might come down later, but for now we don’t expect any movements from the North London outfit.
