In what has come as a major boost for Arsenal, Real Valladolid manager Pacheta has confirmed that Gunners target Ivan Fresneda will be sold in the transfer window.
The talented right-back has a lot of interest from the Premier League. Some of his performances for Valladolid have really caught the eye of top clubs around the world.
The Spanish teenager caught the eye of a number of clubs after his sensational performance against Real Madrid. His stats have been very impressive and he is very mature for his age.
Arsenal are interested in Fresneda as the right back. The Gunners have Takehiro Tomiyasu and Ben White who play in that position but neither of them are actually natural in that position.
The manager himself, Pacheta conceded that Fresneda will be sold amidst interest and that any club buying him would be getting a player for the future. – “Ivan is 18-years-old and does things like someone in his thirties. They are not set to buy the Fresneda of today, but what he could become over four years. If I was the owner of a club, I would have no doubts”
It will not be easy for Arsenal to sign Ivan Fresneda. They will face competition from many other clubs in the Premier League and it remains to be seen if they manage to pull this off.
