Many believe that this could let the Seagulls part ways with Simon Adingra, a player who has been linked with the Gunners this summer. They should now capitalize on this situation and launch a move for the prolific Ivorian winger.
The North London side are aiming to bolster their attack but has been unable to add quality players to their ranks.
ARSENAL HAVE THE BEST CHANCE TO EXECUTE A MOVE FOR SIMON ADINGRA
As per Team News And Ticks, Mikel Arteta’s side are admirers of Adingra since he burst onto the scene at the Falmer Stadium. Former Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi pushed to sign the youngster after his impressive display for Nordsjaelland.
He then decided to loan him out to Belgian club Union Saint-Gilloise, where he had an instant impact.
The youngster destroyed defenders left and right by scoring 15 goals and providing 15 assists in 51 appearances for the loan club. He scored most of these goals by playing as a striker but he was more comfortable playing as a left winger.
De Zerbi decided to keep hold of him last summer amid huge expectations from the Seagull fans. Although the talented attacker was unable to produce such numbers in the Premier League, he showed a lot of promise going forward.

Arsenal kept notes of the player’s game-play and are now back in the hunt for the 22-year-old.
BRIGHTON HAVE THE BALL IN THEIR COURT
Brighton are yet to disclose a transfer fee for their prized asset. But we all know that the Seagulls know how to bend the opposition to their demands. Their owner Tony Bloom knows a thing or two about poker and it is difficult to get the better of him.
Arsenal themselves have the experience of dealing with them since they were forced to splash £50 million for Ben White in 2021 (a record fee for a defender paid by them back then).
Brighton’s recent move for Mainz winger Gruda means that they are prepared to let Adingra leave if an important offer comes through.

Adingra can play on both flanks but his strength lies in cutting off the left wing onto his stronger side. This versatility will help Arsenal provide competition to Gabriel Martinelli, Leandro Trossard as well as Bukayo Saka.
Eddie Nketiah is close to leaving the Emirates and Reiss Nelson’s future at the club remains uncertain. Hence, the Gunners need immediate reinforcement in that position.
Arteta’s side has a beautiful opportunity here and they can’t afford to miss it. It’s time for director Edu and co. to showcase their expert negotiation skills.
