West Ham looking to acquire the services of Arsenal striker Lucas Perez as his spell with the Gunners is seemingly coming to an end.
Lucas Perez was brought to Arsenal in 2016. The 29-year-old performed relatively well in his first season with the Gunners, but was never really given an opportunity week-in-week-out. He was generally preferred for cup games and other low lighted fixtures throughout the season.
But with the arrival of Alexandre Lacazette following summer, Perez was subsequently sent on loan to his former club Deportivo La Coruna where he netted 7 goals in 34 appearances.
With Unai Emery now in charge at Arsenal, it could be the end for Perez spell at Arsenal.
And with plenty of options in Arsenal’s attack ahead of upcoming campaign, the chances for Lucas Perez seems dim and probably the best option right now for Perez is to move on.
Lucas Perez move to West Ham will see Pellegrini take his summer spending close to £100m.
