Arsenal have been linked with a move for Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori, with the Gunners looking to conclude a deal for the Bologna defender heading into the pre-season for the 2024-25 campaign.
Calafiori Set for Arsenal Medical as Transfer Nears Completion
The transfer is set to be concluded as Bologna has given green light to the player to travel to London in order to undergo his medical at Shoba Reality Training Centre.
The paperwork between both clubs is said to be finalized, and he is expected to be on his way to London soon.

If this is any indication, the 22-year-old is on his way to N5 soon.
The arrival of Riccardo Calafiori is suggested to help the team in the left-back position as Mikel Arteta looks to implement more strong defensive schemes to ensure there is no space that opponents particularly target to attack.
His technical understanding and game with the ball at his feet make him an ideal Mikel Arteta fullback.
