The Welshman Aaron Ramsey has been linked with a lot of transfer rumours to teams like Bayern Munich, Juventus after the clubs came to knew that his contract is set to end this season. And since the pre-contract month has started, these giants will be looking forward to sign the midfielder for next season.
Of the two, Juventus are the favourites to sign the Arsenal great not only because they are interested in Ramsey but also because Ramsey has shown parallel interests in the club. Reports say that Aaron is excited to feature in Italian giants and also play alongside footballing great/galactico Cristiano Ronaldo. Why would one not play with Ronaldo when they have been given the opportunity.
The rumours took a confirmation look after Juventus sporting director Paratici agreed of the Old Lady’s interest in Ramsey.
“He is a great player, he is in a great team like Arsenal and he has played at high levels for many years,” Paratici told Sky in Italy. “His contract is going to expire and we are alert to all market situations, it’s our duty, so we are attentive to him.
“This is all to be verified, for now he is an Arsenal player. We are certainly not the only ones in the market.”
The director has praised Ramsey calling him a ‘great player’.
While Juventus are squeezing their way to pen down a deal, Arsenal fans don’t want the deal to take shape. Aaron Ramsey scored against a lowly Fulham in last match and was shown utmost love; which he has always received from the fans, this time with the chants of ‘sign him up.’
An indication to Emery that Ramsey is way better than Banega, whom Emery seeks in his playing XI and also the fact that retaining Ramsey will relieve Arsenal from the loss of Christian Pulisic who was recently signed by Chelsea for £58 million.
