The promising attacker was part of the Mexican team that defeated the United States to win its first CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship back in 2018. The South American won her first senior international cap when she was just a teenager.
Her parent club, Tigres, have won the most Liga MX Femenil titles, and Ovalle has firmly established her name in this solid team. She also went on to help the ‘Las Amazonas’ win six national championships. The 25-year-old is nicknamed ‘La Maga’ or ‘the little magician’ as she has played a key role for the Mexican Women’s team since 2019.
