Arsenal are eyeing a long-term sensation in present United star Omari Forson. Presumed to be one of the best young talents in England, perhaps the world, Forson is emerging as a leading target for Arsenal’s new-look recruitment team.
The Gunners badly want him as they look to strengthen their youth squad and make him the first buy of Manchester City scouts. The youngster can prove out to be a real coup for Arsenal if they are able to successfully snap him from United who bought him from Spurs in January of this season.
The youngster has now become a regular for Under 16’s and Under 18’s of United academy and scored on his debut against West Brom under 18s. The fact that he is a regular for under 18s show how highly he is rated at Manchester.
However, the shake up of Gunners recruitment staff has grown the interest of Arsenal in the youngster who are hopeful of signing the striker. The new-look academy scouting team may well announce their arrival in style with the signing of Forson.
Manchester United are facing a tough time trying to keep Arsenal’s scout at bay and as far as the Gunners are concerned they want Forson as they identify him as the perfect signing who can boost their crop of young players.
The Red Devils nearly beat Manchester City in signing the youngster on January 2019 but are expected to unleash the youngster with an alluring deal from Arsenal.
Arsenal are hoping that they might be able to entice the midfielder back to London in 2020.
