Arsenal have opened transfer talks with Real Betis in a bid to purchase Nabil Fekir as a replacement for Dani Ceballos who will be moving back to Real Madrid after a loan spell.
The Gunners have been interested in Nabil Fekir lately after he impressed everyone playing for Betis wherein he has managed to amass 7 goals and six assists in Spanish top flight.
The former Lyon guy was turned down by Arsneal last summer but his sudden surge in form has resulted in Gunners manager keeping a tap on him. The 26-year-old would be more than ready to join Premier League with the Gunners.
Fekir is an attacking midfielder who can also play at wings. The French international has been capped for the national team in 23 games and has aplenty experience playing at the top flight.
Arsenal will also have to look into his medical status before they join him because the midfielder had almost joined Liverpool in 2018 but a few discrepancies in the medical led to the club pulling the plug.
However, the crisis of Corona stand strong and with a 6-month lockdown in England things seem to be moving tougher than they were thought to be.
