La Liga 2 club UD Ibiza have revealed that Arsenal have cut short the season-long loan deal for talented young 20-year-old midfielder Miguel Azeez.
Miguel Azeez is no longer a UD Ibiza player. @Arsenal and UD Ibiza have reached an agreement to finish the loan that joined him to our club.
From UD Ibiza we wish him all the best for his professional career. Thank you, @MiguelAzeez! #VamosIbiza 💙 #ThankYouMiguel pic.twitter.com/iC62LqMvM6

Azeez did have a decent time in the second-division Spanish side but it looks like the Gunners have other plans for him. The 20-year-old is one of the most talented players coming out of the Arsenal academy in recent years.
His performances in youth teams at Arsenal have always been exceptional and he has been touted as the very best in football. It remains to be seen what plan the Gunners have now that they have recalled him.
Miguel Azeez has played quite a bit at Ibiza although he might have expected more game time. The English wonderkid has played just 11 times for the Spanish side this season, failing to record a single-goal contribution during this period.
He is predominantly a central midfielder but he can also play as an attacking or defensive midfielder. At his age, he needs regular game time and he definitely will not get that at Emirates.
Arsenal are likely to find another solution for Azeez. Maybe a loan move to a Championship club is the way to go and it remains to be seen where Miguel Azeez plays football for the rest of the current season.
There is always the option of dropping the 20-year-old back to the reserve team. However, playing in a league like the Championship will give him much more exposure and let’s see what Arsenal do.
