Arsenal will host Watford at home as they are looking to build up on win against AC Milan at San Siro on Thursday. Arsenal have struggled to win against Watfrod in last couple of times and it will be interesting to see ‘What different’ will Arsene Wenger do this time to win against The Hornets.
Both the teams boast good strikers in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Troy Deeney. Both the aces are looking to prove themselves at the moment and it will be interesting to see ‘who will cause more trouble’ to opposition’s defence.
ARSENALCORE will today look into this Key Clash of the fixture today.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
The Arsenal transfer record breaker has not featured for Gunners many times since moving to London. With Arsenal out of FA Cup and restricted to play in Europa League – Aubameyang only have Premier League to prove his worth this season. With Alexandre Lacazette injured, Aubameyang will be looking to make a mark as soon as he can.
Aubameyang have netted two times in Red and White until now, but will be eyeing to get as many goals as he could and starting against Watford seems prefect. Pierre is a natural goalscorer – you just cannot keep him away from scoring and Arsenal fans are patiently waiting for him to step up and settle in London.
It is Aubameyang’s first season in the Premier League, it will be alluring to see how he turns up for these games.
Watford’s defence possesses physicality but it will be interesting to see how they keep up with Aubuameyang’s frisky pace and control his intelligent runs.

Troy Deeney
Troy Deeney is a physical, fast center forward who just likes to score against Arsenal. You could critisize Arsenal’s defence as much as you want but when they are on their ‘A’ game – no one could pass through that wall. And with comments made by Deeney after Watford netted in the injury time, Koscielny and Mustafi will certainly be looking to give him a hard time.
Deeney has been consistent in scoring goals over the years but he has highly under-performed this season. He will have to get back to his goal scoring form as soon as he could – if Watford are looking to finish in the top 10 this season.
Troy even likes to lay balls for his team-mates which will cause Arsenal’s defence some problems. Summing up on Deeney’s qualities, ability and Watford’s dependency on him – if the visitors want to take even a point from this fixture they need Deeney to be at his top game.
