Premier League rivals Chelsea have now joined Arsenal in the race to sign German winger Karim Adeyemi ahead of the summer transfer window, as reported by Bild.
The Borussia Dortmund star is back on the market after opting against a January transfer. Recent signs indicate that the player is craving to switch clubs as soon as possible. But a failure to do so has pushed him to change his managing agency.
Adeyemi has now joined Roof, the same firm that also looks after clients such as Kai Havertz, Ademola Lookman, and Mohammed Kudus. His latest collaboration with the German agency will help him boost his chances of signing for a major club.

The 23-year-old rejected advances from Serie A giants Napoli last month as he wanted a Premier League move.
Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, and Man City were already in the race, but now Chelsea have joined the hunt. The Blues reportedly made an offer in January.
But the conditions weren’t favourable for a transfer, and they took a step back. However, they are willing to test Dortmund by placing another offer in the upcoming months.
Chelsea are notorious for spending a ransom on players that they want to sign. It will be interesting to see whether they change their mind or find any other targets before the summer window.
Liverpool are also close contenders since their star winger Mohammed Salah’s future remains uncertain. In any case, Arsenal won’t be afraid of picking up a fight if Mikel Arteta makes Adeyemi his top priority.
But it is too soon to comment on this issue, and things will become more clear as the weeks pass by.
Adeyemi is impressing this season
The young attacker is flying for Dortmund with 11 goal contributions in 17 games. The Gooners will be happy to have a player who can provide a good output. Adeyemi loves to play on the left wing and is a menace in the box.
Are you seeing what I’ve been saying about Adeyemi?!
Outlet made for UCL big games. Adeyemi has everything you want to develop a devastating outlet. There’s things that need refining, sure, but I’d take him every day.

He is also well known for using his speed to his advantage and winning free kicks in dangerous areas. As things stand, several PL clubs will monitor him closely until the end of the season.
