Arsenal are ready to offload another of their academy product – Francis Coquelin, as the North-London club is set to agree the sale with Spanish giants Valencia.
Francis Coquelin has fallen out-of-favour at Arsenal with Granit Xhaka, Aaron Ramsey and Jack Wilshere remain ahead of French midfielder for that ‘central-midfielder’ spot.
As per the reports, Arsenal had received interest from West Ham and Crystal Palace – but Valencia seems a safer option for Arsenal as the Spanish outfit is ready to offer £10m for out-of-favour Coquelin.
This will be Valencia’s second signing from Arsenal in recent past after signing defender Paulista Gabriel at the start of the season.
The midfielder has agreed four-and-a-half-year deal with Valencia as per TheSun and RMC Sport claims the negotiations will be finalised in next twenty four hours.
