The jersey Arsenal “could have” donned in 2019/20 if they continued with PUMA

The Gooners had signed a new kit contract with footballing giants Adidas, only as late as this October for £300 million. If it had not been for this, Arsenal would have still tied up with PUMA and would have been wearing this decent piece of cloth?

Arsenal’s supposed to be 2019/20 Puma kit has been leaked and the images are no less than exemplary for some Arsenal fans but unappealing to many. Puma has been tied up with the Gunners since 2014, taking over Nike who were Arsenal’s kit provider since 1993/4 after taking over Adidas in the same year.

There was a leaked photo of the remake retro design by Adidas after the news of their take over came in, which is speculated to be designed in the same way as Germany’s world cup winning jersey of 2014 that was retrospectively altered from that of 1990.

However, Puma’s leaked shirt has been unaccepted by the fans the same way they have discarded the 3 designs of this season. Looks like Puma’s knack for mixing things up hasn’t gotten on well with the fans at Emirates, barring a few jerseys that were appreciated by a few.

The leaked image is satisfactory because of the fact that Puma will not be designing the unattractive wearables for our players anymore, especially the next season. Have a look at some of the mis-matches they have creaed for nex season:

Arsenal’s mega deal with Adidas will see a new face of Arsenal which in turn will find a new looking confident squad too.
