The mighty Wolves host red-hot Gunners on the mid-week fixture of Premier League this Wednesday.
The Bromance of two Arsenal lads will face a striking bond of two Wolves. The Gunners highly owe their form, results and table standing to two big names, both by words and aura that they carry, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette. If these two are ice, Jimenez and Jota are fire that have kept the flames of Wolves burning.
The camaraderie between these two sets of individuals have been way better than the artists of Shakespeare’s love stories. Even if you blindfold any of the two, the second will know where the another is. The training put perfectly into pitch is what makes them unbeatable.
If pace and robustness of Arsenal will visit Wolverhampton, the creativity and potency of hosts will welcome them with both hands. Raul Jimenez and Diogo Jota have seen the big teams succumb to their toes, United being the most. Aubameyang and Lacazette on the other hand have been a nightmare for every defence they come through.
Jimenez and Jota have been a peach during the games because of the practice they put in together.
“Me and Diogo have training sessions and play on the pitch together, him and me are having a good relationship.” said Jimenez in an interview.
“I assist him and he assists me in so many games, it’s a good part of the team.”
These duo of Wolves has knocked the gate of perfection consistently and when they’ll face a fairly meek defence of Arsenal they surely will try to break the door rather than knocking. The deft touches and passes of these two along with their accuracy combined can prove to be handy for the hosts.
Alexandre Lacazette and Aubameyang, two strikers whom no team wants to face, primarily the defence. The two players who are always focussed on giving their best have partnered each other brilliantly. The top four place that once seemed a dream after consistent injuries have been masked by the exuberant ing talent of Auba and Laca.
In fact the onus will again pile on these two to bring Arsenal out of the fear of missing Champions League spot. If they click, the visitors will become a mere spectators just like the home fans. The better two of either team will take their team through. Will it be the unsung heroes of Wolves or the adulated forwards of Arsenal?
