Leandro Trossard and the impact he has made since joining Arsenal is hard to put in words, it’s something all the Gunners’ faithful around the world have cherished and loved. The Belgian is probably the best bit of business done by a Premier League club in the January transfer window.
Following a history making hat-trick of assists against Fulham at Craven Cottage, Leo turned up with another assist yesterday – this time for Granit Xhaka in Arsenal’s win vs Crystal Palace.
James Benge, CBS journalist, pulled through an impressive stat that all of you reading will make pump your chests out & make you love Trossard more…
“Since making his first start for Arsenal a month ago, Leandro Trossard is by far and away the Premier League leader in assists with six. Mohamed Salah is the only other person to have reached three.
“He is also by far the leader in expected assists with 2.6, mostly open play.”

That is insane, innit? – Trossard looks soo much like an Arsenal player, the way he moves, the technical ability he possesses, the understanding of the game and movements he does… he’s a proper Arsenal player, one that would make Arsene Wenger lick his lips – if you know what i mean.
The biggest complement that I can give Trossard is – when he played that False 9 position, he made us feel the presence of Gabriel Jesus upfront. He’s not only a quality in himself but also makes everyone better around him.
