Mohammed Kudus might be edging closer to an Arsenal transfer — at least if family appearances mean anything.
As per the Arsenal Fanatic News on the Patreon, West Ham United star Mohammed Kudus’s family members were seen at the Sopwell house this weekend amid rumours circulating around his future at the London stadium.
The house is close to Arsenal’s Sobha Realty Training Centre. Although the reason for their visit isn’t fully known, his clan is thought to be big admirers of Mikel Arteta’s side.
Kudus has been linked with a move to Arsenal ever since his mixed start to life with the Hammers. The Ghanaian ace moved from Ajax last summer and looked promising at the start.
This season, manager Julen Lopetegui has forced the attacker to play out of position in the majority of the games, impacting his overall productivity.
he’s been played out of position 90% of the time at West ham. It’s like saying Rice has been dogshit because he’s been played out of position. Kudus as a RW or AM is cooking really serious

Lately, he has also missed a number of important games, which has put a dent in his momentum. The 24yo received a red card against Tottenh*m Hotsp*r last month, and hence, he didn’t feature against Manchester United, Nottingham Forest, and Everton in the Premier League.
However, things became worse when he received yet another suspension in the Toffees game. After having missed three games, the African attacker will now miss West Ham’s next two matches against Newcastle United and the London derby vs. Arsenal on the 30th of November.
He has received a lot of negative comments on social media with fans doubting his capabilities upfront. Many believe that moving to a new club could help the young player to come back on the right track.
MIKEL ARTETA WANTS MOHAMMED KUDUS ARSENAL TRANSFER
There is no doubting the versatile attacker’s talent, but he needs the right stage to showcase his true potential. It was said that Arteta earmarked Kudus as a potential target next summer, and he voiced his opinion to former sporting director Edu Gaspar. West Ham would be ready to accept an offer close to £40 million.
Edu’s departure won’t affect the Gooner’s interest, as they are expected to continue their pursuit. The former Ajax player’s exact reason for hovering close to the club’s training ground remains a mystery.
But he has made his presence known after being seen in the stands watching Arsenal’s Champions League game against Paris-Saint-Germain at the N5 last month.

The North London outfit needs a versatile, hungry attacker that can bring a new dimension to their attack. Gabriel Martinelli’s inconsistent play has been a huge talking point even after he scored a goal vs. Chelsea in the last Premier League encounter.
Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling are alternative options, but they haven’t produced anything spectacular this season. Hence, signing a player like Kudus could prove beneficial in the long run.
Mick Brown (ex-scout): “Arteta isn’t happy with the makeup of the team in that position [winger]. There have been question marks about Sterling, Martinelli & Jesus — they’re all viewed as squad players.”

He is quick on the ball, possesses lethal finishing skills, and can play at various positions upfront. He is the type of player who can flourish under Arteta if given a chance.

It will be interesting to see if the Gunners are ready to offer an attractive deal for the winger next summer. These rumours are expecting to grow even stronger with every passing month. Only time will tell whether it’s worth the call.
