Lucas Torreria has sent fans into frenzy after scoring an outstanding overhead kick for Arsenal, to secure another three points in the Premier League against Huddersfield Town yesterday afternoon.
Lucas’ former club Sampdoria has put out a hilarious message to Arsenal fans to stop them from choking up their Twitter handle with reactions to Lucas Torreira’s impressive performances.
The Gooners started to spate up Sampdoria’s twitter account with loads of messages thanking the blucerchiati’s for Lucas Torreira.
Sampdoria have pleaded Arsenal fans to stop ‘clogging up their match tweets’ and they are in process of setting up a dedicated email address for Arsenal fans to send their kind words of ‘Thanks for Torreira’ to them.
Arsenal brought Uruguayan maestro from Sampdoria for a fee of £26.5m according to The Guardian, and this deal could just be the bargain of the season.
