Just two days in, Arsenal are back on the light. The Gunners now host Crystal Palace in an eye to get into the top four.
The Gunners just managed to scrape through past Victoria in the Europa League courtesy two sensational free-kicks from Nicolas Pepe. With a view to overcome the embarrassing defeat against Sheffield, Unai Emery will deploy his best man onto the field.
Here’s a look of his squad:
Goalkeeper
Having rested Bernd Leno in the Europa League game as he usually did while Cech was around, Emery will call his star man back to control the woodworks and give his defence a stability.
Defence
The experienced defenders will be back on the mat after being rested in the Europa League fixture. The heart of the defence will be back on the shoulders of Luiz and Sokratis.
On the left Sead Kolasinac will be given a green alongside Callum Chambers in the parallel end of defence. Though the young guns are returning from injury, they still will be given a break.
Midfield
The likes of Joe Willock, Lucas Torreira and Emile Smith Rowe has started the game midweek but will not be the ones to start.
In the pivotal position will return to his midfield trio of Dani Ceballos, Granit Xhaka and the young Frenchman Guendouzi.
Forwards
The front three of Arsenal should be a no brainer for Emery after a jaw-dropping performance from Nicolas Pepe.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will be back in the front three with Bukayo Saka getting a go. Martinelli is also an option for Emery with Lacazette getting a few minutes.
