For the starters, Jen Beattie has rejoined Arsenal from Manchester City. The Scotland international defender is back to don the Red jersey of Arsenal after spanning out an illustrious career at Manchester City.

Decorative from the start and a bright talent, Beattie has had one of the most delectable Women Super League career. An accomplished goal-scorer albeit being a defender, Beattie made his name in the year 2009 when she had Arsenal from Celtic Ladies.

Before I start briefing about the old yet new Gunner, here’s a bare view on her profile.

Beattie’s club career began in 2006, when only 15 for Queen’s Park. She announced her armory taking the Scottish club into the finals of Scottish Premier League. There after she was bought by Celtic Ladies for a year and a half and then by Arsenal Ladies.

Since then, the lady has been brilliant. For Arsenal, she won the 2009 Women’s Premier League, the 2011 and 2012 FA Women’s League Cup, now called the Continental Cup, and the 2011 and 2013 FA Cups.
