Leicester City coach Brendan Rodgers has hinted at a possible summer exit for talented English midfielder James Maddison who is on the radar of Arsenal.
Maddison has been linked with a move to Arsenal for quite some time now. The talented attacking midfielder has been at Leicester for too long now and he is due for a big move for quite some time.
The 26-year-old is extremely talented and has the quality to play for a side like Arsenal. He would fit into the club seamlessly and has everything it takes to play in a Mikel Arteta system.
Brendan Rodgers has hinted that there could be winter exits for some of the Leicester players due to their precarious financial situation and this could pave way for the talented midfielder to leave the club.
Arsenal ideally would love to take advantage of this situation and sign a player that they rate very highly but we do not really need a Maddison in our squad right now.
Martin Odegaard has established himself as one of the best attacking midfielders in the Premier League whilst Fabio Viera is a more than decent back up for the Norwegian.
As things stand, it is unlikely to see a move happen for the talented Maddison. He could move elsewhere and it would be a deserved boost for him.
